After a recent rebrand, Panino's of Rockford made the decision to hire Lightwave Creative to upgrade the over all look and usability of their website. With such a well known and loved local restaurant we knew the approach had to feature the food first and the smiles of their loyal customers, while prioritizing the customer's needs. After an initial discovery meeting, we started with art direction and site mockups that allowed us to nail the photography for the site. From there it was just a matter of helping customers quickly get to the content they need, like an interactive food menu and locations and hours. Putting the customer first has not only improved the way the site works but the Panino's finally has a website that matches the experience you get when visiting their restaurant.
